Refund policy

Our goal is to offer you a trouble-free method for returning or exchanging your items. We gladly welcome returns of merchandise that remain unused, in its pristine state, with tags intact, within a 30-day period from the receipt of your order.
Every order should be sent back in optimal condition, including the invoice in the package. Items that have been laundered, used, or modified will not be accepted by us.
*Kindly note: Returns failing to adhere to our policy will be declined and returned to the customer.
STEPS TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
- You may utilize the RETURN link on your order or reach out to us at support@spectrumworld.us for any return or exchange queries within 30 days of receiving your product, so we can assist in streamlining the procedure.
- Returned and exchanged merchandise must be in mint condition, unworn/unused with original tags still on. All clearance items or customized orders are considered final and are not subject to return or exchange.
- Upon receiving more details about your return or exchange request, we will issue further directives. Once we have your return, the sum of the returned items will be reimbursed to the payee within a 10-15 business day timeframe.
- Orders placed through PayPal, Afterpay, or Amazon Pay are ineligible for exchange and can only be returned by post through our online return system.
- For Klarna purchases, returns must be processed by mail using our online return system. If an exchanged item is not received, a fresh Klarna purchase will be initiated and a fee incurred.
*Kindly note: International exchanges and returns are processed in the same manner as US returns, but do not include reimbursement of return shipping costs or duties.
RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT?
We sincerely apologize for that! If you’ve received a product that is defective or has a manufacturing flaw, these must be sent back within 10 days from the date of purchase. Beyond 10 days, we regret that we can’t offer an exchange or reimbursement for any defective item.

MISPLACED DURING SHIPPING
Regrettably, Spectrum World LLC is not liable for any returns or exchanges that fail to reach our workshop and become misplaced during shipping. We highly recommend employing a shipping service with tracking capabilities to ensure the safe arrival of your order at our facility, enabling us to guarantee a refund for your order!
